Custom TDS Enail - 3 Year Warranty Policy

All Custom TDS Enails come with a full 3-year warranty against product failure under normal use conditions. We will replace or quickly repair your Custom TDS Enail at our discretion, at no cost to you. We do not cover water or shock damage resulting from accidental drops if there is visible physical damage to the aluminum shell or digital display. Please call or email us if you have a warranty claim.

Enails - 1 Year Warranty Policy

All other Enails are sold with a 1 year warranty against product failure under normal use conditions, with no water or physical damage evident at the time of the warranty claim. We will replace or quickly repair your enail at our discretion, at no cost to you for the service and/or replacement except for the necessary shipping costs associated with the claim.

Titanium Product - 1 Year Warranty Policy

All TDS Type 2 Titanium products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects upon purchase and are warrantied for 1 year against manufacturing defects and product failure.

Dabbing Accessories Product - 90 Day Warranty Policy

All dabbing accessories are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects upon purchase and are warrantied for 90 days against manufacturing defects and product failure.
