We've all been there before... You're googling around, looking for a dope new dab rig. After spending some time browsing some online headshops, you've found it. It's well designed, the perfect size, sturdy, and looks snazzy. Great price too! Hyped up, you add the piece to your cart and check out. Now we wait...

And wait, and wait. Then wait some more. Where are they shipping from? The ISS?

And finally, it arrives. You've been waiting for this moment for what seems like forever. Tasty dabs are now just moments away! You grab the box from your front porch. It looks like it was flown through a hurricane. You remain optimistic; the box is just aesthetic - they surely kept your piece wrapped up and secure! You keep your hopes up as you open it up...

You gaze into the box and your heart sinks. It seems the seller "attempted" to cushion your piece by wrapping it in paper. Didn't work out too well, though. Now we've got a beat-up box and a broken piece. You attempt to contact the seller to explain your issue. A few days go by, so you reach out again. And again, and again. A week passes and you finally give up. All that hype's become pure frustration.

We've been there, too. That's why our team of Dabbing Specialists have a procedure in place to ensure that every package is prepared, packaged, and shipped in a both professional and secure manner.

Arrival to the Warehouse

Disinfect. For your safety as well as ours, we disinfect every product with EPA-registered disinfectant upon its initial arrival before doing anything else.

Inspect. Our team inspects each item to ensure there is no prior damage to the product and ensures that the item is up to our quality standards.

Store. We store our selection of products with care, providing a secure location in a climate controlled warehouse, to reduce the chance of stress fractures that can occur during storage due to changes in climate.

Wrapping Your Order Up

Upon ordering, we carefully hand-wrap each piece in the order in bubble wrap to make sure fragile pieces have sufficient padding for the bumpy road ahead.

Every piece, no matter the size, is then placed in an Indestructo mailer. These boxes are incredibly durable and sturdy, making them the perfect option to ship fragile items like a glass dab rig.

Shipping Your Piece Home

All orders ship out of our warehouse in Southern California, USA.

Orders generally only take a few days to arrive, though shipping may slow down due to complications related to COVID-19. Rest assured, we're working every day to ensure your orders get sent ASAP!

For all US Domestic orders under $150, a flat $8.95 fee applies. Orders $150 and over ship free! We now offer Expedited US Domestic Shipping for $18.95.

We ship internationally to Canada and Mexico for a flat, $25 shipping fee. Unfortunately, we no longer ship to the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Belgium due to VAT tax changes in the EU. We apologize for this recent change.

Our Returns Process

Our team at the Dabbing Warehouse deeply value you and your satisfaction with our products. Because of this, we accept returns for a refund within 30 days of purchase! There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. Also, we do not allow used products to be returned. If you have any problems at all, please don't hesitate to contact us! We do ask that, if your item was damaged in transit, please provide photographic evidence, so we can keep making improvements to our practices.

Additional Return Information:  We do not accept used products for returns. Please take a picture of your item(s) being returned.
