Bought my first piece from here and it arrived with only a slight crack on the mouthpiece. I contacted Holly and she sent me a new piece but due to the one i bought was low in stock she upgraded me to a newer model and gave me a carb cap as well.... in addition to the awesome mat she included in the first place.... Definitely would recommend!

No instructions on how to put together. This would be helpful for someone who has never used something like this. Other than that it seems like a great little kit.
Samantha, we agree with you, some tips on how to assemble it as it appears in the product images would be helpful for new users. We're going to add some tips about the assembly to the product page today (e.g. hold the pieces at an angle towards the hole in the silicone you are installing the piece into, push and get one spot started to roll the piece in as you continue to push them together). I looooove this battery! This is only the 2nd one I've ever bought, and so far it's the best. I really like the fact that it was a little info screen so I can see the voltage and how many puffs I've taken.
